This bag is a perfect size!! I'm a senior in undergrad and I needed something that could carry my books, laptop, snacks, drinks, etc. Before I purchased it I was a little skeptical, but once I did my own research and saw the amount of positive reviews I decided to purchase it. I love it and I'm excited about making it my everyday bag. I tell you no lie when I say you will be 100% satisfied. I love the khaki color because it's so versatile, but if my budget would have allowed me I would have definitely gotten the waxed. Also, the bag looked much more appealing when it arrived. The color is a true khaki, the dark brown leather straps are thick and sturdy, and the gold buckles are a stylish accent. This bag is worth it.This is the nicest most durably built tote bag I have ever seen. It's a perfect size, the adjustable straps work well, and the thick cotton canvas is smooth as well as being bullet proof. The leather handles are thick leather and look like you could hang an elephant from them. This bag will easily last a lifetime, will keep thousands of disposable bags out of the ocean and is made right here in the USA by workers supporting OUR tax base. It's a beautiful expensive tote bag but will be worth every penny in the long run! You get what you pay for.Bag was labeled waxed, but having many of these types of bags, it was clear that the finish was dry. Hell of a predicament up against the holidays and such an easy fix...just needed to look at it.....but it appears that the return is going well....This tote is a lifesaver! I lug a ton of books, notebooks, and my 17” laptop to classes across campus. This bag fits ALL of it, plus a water bottle and snacks. It’s perfect!I usually love Duluth Pack and their craftsmanship - I've been a loyal customer for years - BUT this bag is way too unstructured to be practical at its size (imo). it flops around a bunch and stuff gets swallowed up.My husband and I have some mobility issues. We use these bags to carry laundry up 2 floors from the basement. We are planning on getting a few more to carry in groceries. We are big Duluth Pack fans!I like the look but the leather straps are pretty raw and press into my hand and shoulder uncomfortably.Great bag, will use all the time!
