I’ve looked at this purse for years, and finally treated myself to it this year- it’s so pretty, so cool! So imagine my disappointment when the FIRST day of wearing it out, the eyelashes started to rub off and tear on the smiling side, and then 1 week into wearing it for maybe a total of an hour a day, daily, a majority of the smaller details in the face are tearing off. The face is not fully sewn down and this is the problem, and I tried to brush it off- but this is not a cheap product and so I don’t really find it acceptable for this to be such a problem in the quality.
