Would have been a 5 star but didn't quite live up to my expectations but it might have been more with me than the item. I'm meaning by using the measurements that were listed and me calculating my items to go in each of the pockets. Because two of the pockets turned out to be just a hair short of being big enough. Putting my items in those pockets takes quite a bit of effort to do so but is doable. But this waist belt came the closest than the other four before it.it was a gift and seemed usefulThis is one of my favorite fanny packs I habe ever owned.Great design and surprisingly nice finish on a reasonably priced pack. My first impression upon taking it out of the packaging was that this would be far too small. Then I put it on and put my phone, keys, and gum in it it. Everything fit with room to spare it was actually comfortable. I bought this primarily for concerts, fairs, and other day trip activities, when I often have my fiancé’s phone or wallet and other essentials crammed in my pockets. It won’t be abused and in most cases, a broken zipper would not be more than a mild inconvenience. I personally wouldn’t use this to conceal carry, despite it popping up when I searched for a pack that could do double duty. That being said, the materials are good and it feels solid. I don’t see any glaring weak points but the main clip or a zipper will probably be the first to go with enough time and miles. As others have said, that Velcro pouch is almost useless, because... Velcro. It’s better than not having a pocket at all there, but a button or zipper would have remedied my only big complaint.I don't carry around a purse, but I do often carry around a backpack although I don't have a need to carry around a backpack. I deal with a lot of flour at work, and it gets everywhere, all over my shirts, usually on my face, but always in my pockets... Right next to my phone. The flour gets under my screen protectors and in my ports, and that is the main reason I bought this, to avoid having my phone consumed by flour and having to spend exponential amount of money on screen protectors.I bought this for work, but I wear it everywhere now. I love that I can put it around my waist or over my shoulder, and the elslastic bands especially help with making this a comfortable pouch across my chest. The clip stays latched and I love the extra slots throughout, especially the slim slot in the back that I often use for money, my glasses cleaning clothe, and other ID cards, and the pouches on the front are perfect for my phone, keys, earphones, and anything else small that I might need throughout the day, including my phone charger.I looked at a few before buying this one and I purchased this one for all of the extra features it has over some of the others, like the extra pouch for money and whatnot. I would absolutely recommend this and will absolutely look at other products from the same seller.I bought this a year ago and I use it every day for work. I travel 4-6 days a week and this goes on all my flights. The airlines DON'T consider this an extra bag the way they do with even a tiny purse. I can fit two iPhones, my men's sized wallet, passport, earphones, car keys/hotel key, and some candy, lip balm, meds in here. I'm very large but the elastic waste is comfortable - unlike other fanny packs that aren't stretchy and get uncomfortable. I still prefer to just wear cargos when I'm not working, but my work pants don't have pockets. There are only two things I don't like about it: 1) it starts to sag during the day as I'm walking, but so do my clothes, and the waist goes under my waist, but I think that's just how I'm shaped. 2) yesterday the tab that pulls on the zipper broke off and the metal part of the zipper is pretty small. However, it was very cheap and I put it through heavy use for a full year before that happened. I can still use it, but it is a bit more challenging. I looked to see if there was another option on Amazon that I might like better, but I didn't see anything as good. I kinda wanted something with a crazy print, but it's more "professional" that this is a neutral grey. It is one of the best products I think I've ever bought, in terms of use versus cost.It was smaller than I expected it to be. I carry a fanny pack every day. In this one, I am able to carry my iphone 5c (w/ commuter Otter Box case), slim wallet, knife, pen, pencil, bic lighter, mini flashlight (standard edc style), glasses (yes, they get smashed a little bit), and a small potable charger. That's just the main pocket. It sounds like a lot, but it's all crammed in there tightly. The second largest pocket (also tightly packed) can hold my apple headphones, tiny Moleskine notepad, 2 charging cords, bluetooth headset, mini eraser, and wall charging adapter. In the small flap pocket is my car key (not a huge key chain with 10 different keys) and my car remote.The best feature of this fanny pack is the elastic waist strap. Because this is elastic, I don't have to adjust the strap based on different pants I'm wearing from sport shorts to jeans.Because I like to carry a bunch of different things in my fanny pack, my next fanny pack will have to have more pockets/dividers to be more organized without sacrificing the slim profile that this fanny pack offers. I'm looking at the Mountainsmith Vibe and the Travelon Anti-theft fanny pack (the one with the collapsible water bottle holder).ps: I was not paid or anything to name any specific brand of anything in this review.
